LEADERSHIP
Ronen Divon, Managing Member, an entrepreneur with over 20 years of business experience, has been involved in setting up and operating companies from startup to maturity. In the 1990's, at the dawn of the internet, Mr. Divon founded Yard Productions, one of the first web development and webcasting firms operating out of New York City. Divon later co-founded Fertile Thoughts, a company whose community web site is still amongst the largest family-building support initiatives online. Ronen's creative and strategic vision helps guide the growth of Green Energy Act.
Mr. Divon has a BFA from The School Of Visual Arts. He is an award-winning filmmaker and also an accomplished author of several published books.
Mr. Divon has a strong environmental awareness and believes in a greener America. His goal is to be a major contributor to breaking the world's dependence on most fossil fuels within the next decade.

Aatisha Singh, Urban Initiatives Manager, has a diverse planning and environmental advocacy background. Most recently, she tracked green technology industry trends for the City of Los Angeles in Mayor Villaraigosa's Office of Housing and Economic Development. Prior to working in LA, she created a plan for the City of Middletown, NY that proposed potential impacts and implementation for a multi-use urban rail-trail passing through the City's historic downtown district. She also co-authored a strategic land conservation plan for upstate NY's Tug Hill Tomorrow Land Trust.
Ms. Singh is a graduate of Cornell University with a master's degree in city and regional planning. She is also a graduate of Long Island University with a B.A. in environmental studies. During her tenure at LIU, she was a member of the Greenprint Taskforce's Energy Subcommittee, aiding in campus facility energy audits and the Long Island Power Authority's pilot wind turbine program. Ms. Singh is a proponent of the Natural Capitalism movement, and believes that streamlining business practices and government policies is a critical step towards a more sustainable world.
Don Moggio, Georgia Office Manager, has been implementing everyday environmentally-friendly and cost-effective strategies for over thirty years -- well before green became fashionable. Don's early adoption of products such as low energy florescent lighting, waste-oil heaters, insulated concrete blocks, attic fans, and many more, saved Perfection Automotive Inc., and later Hertz™ the car rental company for which he was City Maintenance Manager, many thousands of dollars annually. Don recognized early in his long career that saving the environment and saving money can and should go hand in hand. These are the values he brings to Green Energy Act. Don's professional background includes HVAC and automotive experience.
Guy Itzkovitch, Managing Member in charge of Sales, has most recently managed Diamante Design Studio (DDS), a high-end kitchen and bath product line, specializing in faucets, sinks and shower systems. Products were developed in the US and manufactured in Europe as well as the Far-East. DDS products are sold nationally to premium showrooms and through designers and architects. Under DDS Guy managed a multi-regional sales organization and over fifty independent sales representatives, serving over 400 accounts across the US.
Before joining DDS Guy was with Stanley Works™ as Channel Marketing Manager where he was involved in developing and selling tool storage solutions to mass market customers including Home Depot™, Lowes™, Sears™ and Wal-Mart™. Guy graduated Baruch College in 1995 with an MBA in International Business and has two patents registered under his name.
Guy is a certified Building Analyst accredited by BPI (Building Performance Institute) and NYSERDA. He is also a Building Envelop Specialist (BPI and NYSERDA accredited) as well as a certified Advanced Geo Geothermal installer.
Jon DeHart, Project Manager for Green Energy Act, most recently served as Facilities Coordinator for Al Gore’s cable channel, Current TV, located in Los Angeles, CA. He holds a Bachelors of Science in Cinema and Photography with a minor in Fine Art from Ithaca College, and spent a year studying conservation at Finger Lakes Community College. Along with pursuing his academic career, Jon gained experience assisting in several construction projects, ranging from roofing to carpentry to masonry. Jon grew up in rural upstate New York and these surroundings forged in him a deep appreciation for the natural world.
Ilan Blum, Managing Member in charge of Marketing and a Green Energy Act co-founder. Ilan has well over 15 years of extensive management and marketing experience. He was in charge of launching hundreds of successful marketing campaigns for Fortune 500 companies in the USA and overseas.
Ilan has B.A. in Advertising from New York Institute of Technology and Post-Graduate diploma in Direct Marketing from New York University. He was amongst the first marketers to identify the potential of the growing internet back in the 1990’s and have launched many pioneering and visionary campaigns.
Ilan has an ongoing interest in environmental issues as well as conservation and the connection between the environment, the individual and the society. Ilan sees in Green Energy Act n opportunity to make an impact that will be both environmentally-friendly as well as economically sensible.
