REALTORS

At Green Energy Act we received inquiries from both sellers and buyers of properties.

Sellers: look to increase the value of their property and give it a distinguishing advantage over other properties, especially in this down-market. Rather than seeing their asking price drop by tens of thousands of dollars over time, as they are unable to sell, they rather spend twenty to thirty thousand dollars, install a renewable energy system such as geothermal DX, and advertise their property as enjoying free renewable energy. This usually get them the attention they want leading to a sale.

Buyers: are looking to better insulate the property they plan to buy as well as install a renewable energy system, cost of which they partially negotiate with the seller and partially roll into their mortgage, which makes the monthly payment almost negligible compared with the ripped benefit.
